Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyPR. Please read them carefully — by signing up or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

MyPR is a marketplace operated by MyPR FZ-LLC ("MyPR", "we", "us") that connects brands, agencies and content creators in the MENA/GCC region. We provide the platform, payment rails and dispute tools — we are not a party to the underlying commercial relationship between brands and creators. By creating an account, listing a campaign, applying to a campaign, or otherwise using the MyPR mobile app or websites (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a binding contract. When you sign up you must affirmatively confirm that you are 18 or older; we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe it has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a way that puts other users at risk.

3. Accounts and verification

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials private and notify us immediately at legal@mypr.app if you suspect unauthorised access. Creators may be asked to verify identity, social profiles, follower data and (where applicable) UAE National Media Council or KSA GCAM licensing. Brands may be asked to verify their trade licence and authorised signatory. We may reject or remove any account that fails verification.

4. The two lanes

MyPR operates two interconnected lanes: • PR / Product Seeding — brands offer products, experiences or services in exchange for honest content. No cash payment is exchanged through MyPR for these deals. • Paid Campaigns (UGC and Influencer) — brands pay creators a fixed fee per asset or campaign. Funds are processed manually by MyPR and released to the creator after content is approved. Both lanes are subject to these Terms. Specific obligations differ and are flagged on the relevant deal listing.

5. Brand obligations

If you list a campaign or PR package on MyPR, you confirm that: • The product, service or offer is genuine, lawful and accurately described. • You own or are authorised to use any brand names, trademarks, photography or marketing copy you upload. • You will respond to creator applications within a reasonable time and will not unfairly reject or delay creators who have met the agreed deliverables. • You will pay any agreed fees promptly once the creator's submission has been approved. • You will not use creator contact details collected through MyPR for any purpose unrelated to the deal.

6. Creator obligations

If you apply to or accept a campaign or PR deal, you confirm that: • Your follower counts, audience demographics and platform statistics are genuine and not artificially inflated. Buying followers, engagement or views is grounds for permanent removal. • You will deliver the agreed content on time, to the standard described in the brief, and in line with the brand's reasonable feedback. • You will disclose paid partnerships in line with the advertising standards of the country you publish from. • You will not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone else's rights. • You will keep any product samples you receive whether or not the campaign completes, unless the brand has explicitly required return shipment in writing in the brief.

7. Creator regulatory licensing (UAE & GCC)

If you publish paid content from the United Arab Emirates, you are personally responsible for holding the licences the UAE Media Council requires of every paid content creator. Since 31 January 2026 this means: • A current UAE Media Council advertiser permit (formerly issued by the National Media Council, "NMC") in your individual name; and • A trade or freelancer licence from a relevant UAE economic department or free zone (for example DET Dubai, twofour54, Dubai Media City, RAKEZ or similar). If you publish paid content from another GCC country, the equivalent local regime applies (for example KSA GCAM / Mawthooq registration). Any permit number, trade licence number or similar reference you enter into MyPR is self-reported. We do not verify it. By entering it, or by accepting any paid deal on the Service, you confirm that: • The information you have entered is true and current; • You hold all licences, permits and registrations the law of your country of publication requires for paid content creation; and • You — not MyPR and not the brand — are responsible for any fines, penalties or enforcement action that result from publishing paid content without the required licences. We may suspend or remove any creator account that we reasonably believe is operating without the licences required by their country of publication.

8. Content and licensing

You retain ownership of any content you create. By uploading content to MyPR you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Where a brand pays for a campaign, you grant that brand the usage rights described in the relevant brief (for example, "12 months paid social usage in GCC"). Usage rights start when payment is released and end on the date stated in the brief. Any extended or exclusive rights must be agreed in writing on a per-deal basis. You must not republish, sell or redistribute content created by another MyPR user without their explicit permission.

9. Payments and payouts

For paid campaigns, the brand's funds are processed by MyPR. We currently process payouts manually within 3-5 business days of content approval. We may charge a service fee on each transaction, which will be shown in the deal summary before you accept. Creators are responsible for keeping their payout details (bank account, Ziina ID) accurate. We are not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect details. We do not store full IBAN values — only the last four digits — and we never store card data. You are responsible for any taxes (including VAT) due on the income you earn through the Service in your country of residence.

10. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

A brand may cancel a deal before a creator has been accepted. Once a creator has been accepted and shipment or production has started, cancellation is at the discretion of MyPR's support team and may result in partial or no refund. If either party believes the other has not met the agreed deliverables, raise the issue in the in-app message thread first. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to legal@mypr.app. We will review the evidence on both sides and make a final decision on whether to release, partially release, or refund any funds held. Our dispute decision is final on the question of fund release, but it does not prevent either party from pursuing other legal remedies.

11. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: • Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful. • Circumvent MyPR to take a deal off-platform once you have been introduced through us. • Buy, sell or trade fake followers, engagement, reviews or applications. • Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code or data from the Service. • Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one. • Harass, threaten or discriminate against any other user. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breaches of this section.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (hosting and authentication), Stripe (payments and payouts), Twilio (SMS verification codes), Apify, EnsembleData and RapidAPI (public social-profile lookup and audience verification), Sentry (crash reporting), Mapbox (maps), Apple and Google (sign-in and app distribution), Instagram and TikTok (social sign-in and profile lookup) and Ziina (alternative payout identifier). A current list of our data sub-processors is kept in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control and we are not liable for any disruption or data handling on their side. Their own terms apply when you use them.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail verification, or if continued access would expose us or other users to risk. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued, including outstanding payouts, tax obligations or content licences already granted.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the quality of any product, service or content provided by another user, and we are not the employer or agent of any creator or brand.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPR's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to MyPR in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) AED 1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is shown at the top of this screen along with the effective date. Material changes will be notified in-app, and your continued use of the Service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through MyPR's internal process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

18. Contact
